At Gharsaman, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a fair and transparent return process, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
For all orders, a parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory in case of any issue with the delivered product. Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the parcel. This video serves as proof and helps us verify genuine cases involving damaged products, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or missing items. Please note that no claims for refunds, replacements, damages, or missing products will be accepted without a valid parcel opening video.
If you wish to report an issue or request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or approval.
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, tags, and contents received with the order. Customers are responsible for returning the item using a traceable courier or registered delivery service at their own expense. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Returns and refunds are only accepted when the wrong product has been delivered or when the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged. Any defect or damage claim must be supported by a valid parcel opening video for verification purposes.
Once the returned item is received, our team will conduct a quality inspection to verify the reported issue. If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 2 working days. Refunds are issued only for the product amount paid and do not include shipping or delivery charges.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. After reviewing your request, we will provide the return address and further instructions. The product should be securely packed and returned in the same condition in which it was received. Once the item passes our quality inspection and the return is approved, the refund process will be completed.
